2 hour session - Willow Swallows
Come join us for some willow weaving at Druridge Bay Festival 2026! We've got Ruth from Sylvan Skills joining us to run some amazing sessions of willow weaving workshops. We will learn to make Sea Swallows, you will be able to take your finished items home with you. If there is time, you will also be able to make some smaller 2D items.

Join Ruth Ruth Thompson is a willow artist who has extensive experience of working with groups across the north east. She engages people both with making simple objects and sometimes with bigger more complex pieces.
